I've done, and am now doing again, a "gentle" liver cleanse called Livatrex from Global Healing Center. I've been scared to try the olive oil/espom salt cleanse so I decided I start slow with the gentler cleanse. The livatrex cleanse is just a drink you drink for 4 days. I did find it helpful, but I know the real liver cleanse will do even more for me, but again, I'm just scared. I did write a post about my back pain recently and someone on here said that it's related to the kidneys and gallbladder, is this something I need to address first or can I jump right into the liver cleanse?

Also, I'm 100lbs, does that affect how much oil etc.. I need to use?
