Hi everyone!
So I've decided to start taking Iodine (4 drops in water), but am now concerned with symptoms that I am experiencing since doing so.
I have a red rash covering a majority of my body but is most prominent across my neck....my neck feels tight and it noticeably swollen. I had a SEVERE frontal headache but that has now subsided.
Should I stop the Iodine (only took for 2 days)?
Should I see a doctor?
