If I suspect that gallbladder issues are at play, which I increasingly do given the strange sense of heaviness and discomfort on the right side of my abdomen, what can I do right now, absent performing a liver and gallbladder flush, to support my gallbladder, promote better bile flow, and help soften any stones that may be present?

Prior to performing any kind of flush, is a colonic absolutely necessary? Is anyone familiar with the Black Box detox protocol from Quicksilver Scientific?
