I think that is a complete waste of time quite frankly. You need to focus on your gastrointestinal issues, I remember you saying you were eating unhealthy recently, macdonalds etc.. why? If you were diagnosed with cronhs disease by a doctor at one stage and you are eating macdonalds burgers it's going to affect your autoimmune condition, and cronhs has been inexplicably linked to lip peeling as well as multiple skin disorders.

You are not taking what you should be taking seriously. What good is positive thinking going to have on a condition like this?
