I have been taking Lugols 2% for about two years now. I take it first thing in the morning 7 drops in my morning coffee. I also later mid day take the "atp cofactors" (the bottle that has the yellow label on it) along with, selenium, magnesium, vit. c. I am going to start taking some Himalayan salt and add it to my routine which I have not really been doing as suggested in the protocol. I guess you are supposed to do the salt thing too which is the one thing I have not been doing. My problem is my blood work at the doctors office show my T4 at 1.27 which is normal, but my TSH at 4.280. My Doctor said he is ok with it, but the TSH is a bit high according to the normal ranges on the blood work. Should I increase the dosage of iodine? decrease it? I also take DHEA at night, and with supper fish oil. and before bed St. Johns wort. Do you think all of this is too much? Should I cut back on things? I feel good but a little tired during the day. oh and btw my WBC is a a little high WBC a Cnt Mw
11.5 x10(3)/mcL, along with Lymphocytes Absolute Auto Mw
4.12 x10(3)/mcL
on the blood work, but that may be due to having had surgery about a year ago. Any tips or advise would be appreciated thanks. also I am diabetic, and take metformin 500mg once a day on top of this entire supplement regimen that I am on. I just wanted to see what you think, is taking it in my coffee ok? and if anyone has any specific insight that I am not thinking about.
