I have only taken 10 mg for 7 days, i am going to cut my dose in half and continue it over the next week or so, hopefully i wont be flipping out trying to get off this, cause its only been 7 days. I took 5htp for maybe 3 weeks, i didnt see much of a difference tho, but thank you all for the responses im currently reading them all over
