Iridology is a curious pathway.

I have been doing quite frequent enemas (sometimes every few days, or once a month) for a few years now, as I like to keep the body with as little stress as possible. I am not sure If after all those cleanses, my colon would be impacted. Surely it would have toned and cleared over all that time. If not I am almost certain fasting would have assisted its healing or at least minimised it.

I have had high cortisol in the past (now resolved), and I believe I do have a slugglish liver in terms of metabolising expended hormones - which may leave the lymphs with hormone "trash" left lying around. I do take dandelion and other liver herbs for this, and try to live off organic greens as much as possible.

I have not been very fond of Herbalife formulas for their use of unnatural ingredients and MSG.

My partner has now after fasting suggested a regiment of organic chamomile and aniseed to calm and feed nerves.

I don't particularly give much weight to signs (water etc) and even so, I am a a fire... which to me is contrary to my belief/religion.
