Sadly, you are the 4th out of 4 people here who have not experienced autolysis after lengthy fasts.

Rawrnr was in the same situation as you. Three fasts of >20 days each. Reduced to no remaining flesh other than the cyst, but no change in the cyst.

It appears that a cyst is what the body walls off and quarantines, which means it is not autolyzed either.

Shelton's book makes it seem that autolysis is deliberate and almost guaranteed. But over here, myself, rawrnr, Archus, and now you, all did fasts only to see no change in cysts..

I have to conclude that autolysis happens in rare cases, but is not the norm..
