I used the safeguard paste 10mg/kg. No way to tell if it got heated during shipping but it was stored cool here.

I will do another round for 5 days if I can last. Still unclear about whether the fats are interacting with bile or does it work directly in the intestine.

edit- this is impossible to have an exchange with the replies not showing up properly
