I agree... one should do a Liver Flush a few days before fasting..

Question : Andreas Moritz said an elaborate Colon Cleanse is necessary as part of the liver flush, but others don't do it. They just do the Liver Flush and that is it. They say the Mg Citrate is enough.

I do psyllium + Bentonite after the liver flush, but that is it..
