I'm really sorry to hear about that. Problems in that area are the worst aren't they? Is it worth getting a second diagnosis on Cronhs? What was your diet generally like before they semi diagnosed it? Have you ruled out the most obvious causes of chelitis, being toothpaste/mouthwashes? Anything with SLS or flavourings many people have sensitivities to. I noticed that changing to a paste with the least amount of ingredients seem to irritate the area less and cause less dry out so they don't peel as frequently.

How are your stress levels? Do you get tired/fall asleep in the day? Can you concentrate generally?
