Ty JT, I really found this information helpfull, yet I would still like to ask something (sorry for asking so much btw, I just really want to know/find out since I am really eager to learn about it): so right now I take 1 iodoral daily (12.5mg) and every 3 days I do 50mg. So would that be too much on the Iodine part? Is that why some people claim that it hurts them? And is such an Iodine dose safe (this is my main concern) if I take 12.5mg daily (1 iodoral tablet). How about 50mg, is that safe also?

So if I'm correct, ur telling me that Iodide is converted to Iodine by the body, for the tissues that need it?
