Aloe (get a leaf from the grocery store- idk if you guys have Freshco) can sooth and is one of the best healers on earth. Vitamin E is as well, and both would help coat/lubricate.
Personally, I would wait a couple days and maybe tone things down, let it heal up and treat it with those things. It wouldn't be good to give a chance for infection (esp w that area). I would slow down and recover a bit; idk if you can ask the Naturo, but those are my thoughts
