Sorry you are going through this. It sounds horrible. Start running a nit comb through your hair. Also, 1 part Boric Acid and 9 parts water can be used on the scalp. Always use pharmaceutical grade Boric acid, and distilled, sterile water for eyes, ears, and douching. Six months ago when I first got sick, after I went for a walk, on two occasions, I saw trash like grass from outside, in my panties. I douched with Pharmaceutical grade Boric Acid and distilled water. Thank God I haven't had any problems since then. Many other problems, though I feel I am slowly getting better. Every day I get better and better, in every way.
