Hey Jennifer - it HAS been awhile! How are things going these days? Have your dental issues been improving?

Actually it's been awhile since I pulled with Q10 since pulling with it REALLY magnifies the effect - and I thought it might not be a good idea for my blood pressure. But for those days when I barely slept the night before, I'll do the OP and Q10 and it gets me through the entire day with full energy and alertness.

I was looking on Amazon recently for some liquid Q10, and I thought the "protocol for life balance" brand looked good.

All I really look for is something that tastes decent and has a minimum of nasty chemicals. Mixed with OP any form of COQ10 will work great and be uber-bioavailable. So no need to spend extra for extra bioavailability like liposomal, etc.
