The itchy anus is most likely pinworms. There have been extensive discussions on this forum about them as they are really common. Please read those discussions.
The itchy scalp could be totally unrelated. Try taking pumpkin seed oil in capsules for the hair loss. 2 capsules a day. It will take at least 6 weeks of use before you see any effect. They are a natural anti-parasitic so you might get some help with the pinworms with them. Add some diatomaceous earth -food grade only- into your diet. Start with 1/2 tsp. in 8 oz water and work up to 1 tbsp. Do it slowly. It will add trace minerals and silica to your diet and will help make your hair and nails grow. It will also help kill parasite eggs. Both of these are natural and non toxic.
