Before I embark on this Epsom Salt trial, with optimism I thought I'd not peel my lips for 5 days and record its condition, in faith that after this month my EC is gone for good. I'll obviously be taking pictures during the regime, but this will be the last time that I leave my lips alone to become what they become (with moisturiser).

I have already started and have photos for days 1 and 2, right now being the beginning of the third day. I took the photos about 12-15 hours after the 'day' began, for instance the day I first exfoliated I didn't take a picture till the next morning 12 hours later. The second was more like 15 hours after but it's all in the 'day'.

So today commences day 3, and I will be taking pictures tomorrow morning. I begin the Epsom Salt regime on Monday, but can only manage to leave my lips till Fri/Sat morning. This is because the debating society at my university has a novice competition this Saturday and so I am attending that. And obviously I can't roll up with... yeah.

I am keeping my lips verrry moisturised, on these drier parts of the cycle. Not by plan, but in an attempt to keep my lips from cracking, splitting and thus coming off in the next tooth brushing as much as possible. Hence right now my lips feel pretty soft and elastic. [My intuition is suddenly telling me something, but I'll leave that till another time.] I was feeling lazy but I'll take a picture of my lips now as well, day 2's end.
