If the cleanse herbs are causing acidic stool then add in bicarbonate to alkalize. What herbs are in the formula? Too much cayenne pepper or turkey rhubarb can cause burning. You could also be killing off pinworms in the rectum which will cause bleeding when they separate from tissue.
