I largely agree with Burnout.

If you decide to get the 4x saliva cortisol, you'll likely want to avoid doing so on a day that you are amped up with stress. You'll want to give the samples on the day after when you feel wiped out. You'll likely want to know if the wiped out feeling is due to low cortisol or something else.
