Oh so you're on day 9 now then. How do you feel it is going, any noticeable improvement?

How did you make the solution btw?

I disagree about the white stuff. Or at least I think there are two types or different things when people refer to 'white stuff'. One is the white line you get on the inner lining of our lips when say we've been talking a lot and then drink water. Then there's this quite elastic kinda stuff, which I find chillin in my mouth when I wake in the morning, also after brushing and a couple hours later.

I think the first type is simply as you said the skin getting wet and mushy, of course the inner part is in close contact with moisture. But I am coming to believe the second is a direct sign of yeast. I'll be making a thread about this later though.
