I am looking for someone too. I am in SoCal and am treating with a chinese medicine doctor/ ND type, but am concerned about his recommendations. He does not do NB. He wants to put me on lose dose Rx cortisol, and eventually progesterone (for perimenopause) and thyroid (for newly diagnosed hypothyroidism - low FT3) and I don't think my body can handle it. I feel anxious enough as it is and I know for sure that being on those is going to stress me emotionally more.
