Hi, has anyone else experienced vomiting? I have done The Master Cleanse several times in the past, along with other cleanses, but this is the first time I have experienced vomiting during a cleanse. Keep in mind I have not cleansed in about 2 years. I am on day 4 of The Master Cleanse and first thing this morning I woke up nauseous and clammy. After about 2 hours of trying to sleep it off, I ran to the bathroom and vomited over 10 times. I did not drink the tea last night because I was supposed to go out this morning. I just want to see if other people have experienced this because that will determine if I continue the cleanse.
Another difference this time doing the cleanse is that I am using organic blackstrap molasses instead of grade b maple syrup. It was impossible to find at any health stores for some reason so I went with the more nutritious option. It tastes awful compared to using the grade b syrup for obvious reasons.
