If anyone has used Dr. Schulze 's Bowel Cleanse formula 2, then I would like to know, if water can be taken instead of fruit juice (as he suggests)?

What role actually fruit juice plays in this formula?

Which fruit juice would you suggest?

I don't intend to add fruit juice, would it adversely impact the effectiveness of this formula?

Has anyone done Dr. Christopher's quick colon formula 2? How is the feedback?
