Thank you for the advice, I have been having trouble with constipation and I take natural senna laxatives. coffee enemas and any kind of enema seem to make the the constipation worse. I can't afford to go to a sauna, I work at Walgreens and what money I do make I spend on high quality food. I followed the paleo diet strictly a few years ago for months and everything improved. I haven't been following it strictly for a while and I know that's part of the problem. I feel like I am having the problem with constipation BECAUSE my liver is backed up.
