Hello, I am new to fasting and would appreciate any help you are willing to give. Is distilled water needed, or is it okay to just use big berkey filtered water? How much does water quality matter? Does it make a difference in actually entering into the deep stages of fasting? Like I heard calories/nutrients may interrupt a fast. So is distilled water needed cause big berkey filtered water may have minerals? And I suppose it'd be assumed that the distilled water may not even be 100% doing its job either.
So am I pretty much just overcomplicating this?
