12 Months ago got blood test, IGG done, Mercury was high, Candida was crazy off the chart...

Massive amounts of cleansing since then... feel like different person... Pretty sure I've annihilated copious amounts of candida and detoxed huge huge huge amounts of mercury/heavy metals/halides from system.

Have been Dosing Lugols 2% 130-150MG a day for past 2 weeks...

Daily Supplements:
Taking 10-Undecenoic Acid (McCombs Plan)
Grapefruit Seed Excract Pills (600mg-1800mg)
Dropi Cod Liver Oil 2-4 pills/day
Andreas Flax/5 Seed Oil TBS each/day
roughly
Youngevity Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0,
Beyond Osteo FX, Ultimate Enzymes, Ultimate Selenium, Sweet Eze (each meal)
Chlorella
Biopure Green Clay
Biopure Zeolite
Biopure Ecklonia Cava
Biopure Core
Biopure Cistus Incanus Tincture (with Lugols in water 4-5 times a day)
One World Whey Protein mixed with Andreas seed oils 1-2 times a day
Surthrival Colostrum
Organic everything, eat mostly salad, avocado, grass fed meats, wild caught fish imported, very low Sugar unless I treat my self and indulge (I'm 28)
Drink occasionally... Planning to cleanse no alcohol, weed, sugar, for 3-6 months soon...

problems...

Still have white coat on tongue... It's persistent...
leads me to believe esophageal candida
/ Thrush combination...
Tinea versicolor... on off... stays away with light Colloidal Silver (Utopia) spray here and there... very faint athletes foot... pretty much gone...
a random welt/hive type bump that will come random spot on butt here and there... then dissapears hours later, if I itch it swells a bit, stops itching and goes away... so damn weird.

some fatigue but much better...

some eye floaters...

taking adrenal support now... Probably pretty depleted adrenals... weed, alcohol, partying in college... hard gym competitor, etc...

I'm guessing my remaining issues will go away after I quit alcohol, (vapor) weed, Sugar for a SOLID 3-6 months.

Should I use Utopia Colloidal Silver 3-6 ounces a day one I start my cleanse along with Bravo Probiotic?

I plan to continue at 120-150 mg of Lugols 2% until new years... thats 3 months of heavy Iodine dosing... if that doesn't work, Iodine just really isn't that great against candida...

I've read that you can't do colloidal and Iodine so I'm not...

but If I do the colloidal when I start cleanse I want to still dose 12.5-50 mg of iodine a day Please explain how I can use both... your body needs iodine...

My plan to completely eliminate this piece of askjkajd, is to start cleanse... drink 4-5 ounces of utopia Colloidal Silver a day... swish and swallow bravo probiotic at night...

continue with all supplements, probably even continue with McCombs Plan 10-undecenoic Acid, Grapefruit Seed, etc...

Do you guys think this will eliminate fungus throughout my body once and for all? and do you think Bravo Probiotic at night will restablish good bacteria well enough?

Also Got candida Zapper... if it ever shows up in mail... maybe that'll help...
