Hello,
I have done several short fasts 2-3 days, one 14 day fast this spring and now I'm heading for a 31 day fast, which will include 7 days of broth the first 7 days.
During my 14 day fast, I did see some joint pain go away permanently, which would at least indicate a change in metabolism, and some scarring tissue go away too (very little). My uterine fibroid does not seem to have changed in size.
