Allen,
Is this your personal experience or someone elses?
I am pretty sure I don't absorb much nutrition....I read it all, but it seems overwhelming. What is the bentonite, physillium water mixture that clears out your system enough to absorb nutrients. Would a salt water flush work? My brain feels so mushy....maybe I can't get clear enough to fight this monster. I know I shouldn't think that thought, but ....
