Topical Castor Oil has helped my eyebrows fill in. My problem is aging but beauty forums are full of women successfully using castor oil for overplucked brows. It is available almost everywhere, has no color or odor. I apply nightly with a small eyeliner brush. Of course, it does not work for everyone, and sometimes I have to discontinue it for a while due to skin irritation of my skin.
