Hi SkyGirl94 thanks for your message, and thank you for being understanding.

To answer your questions, one, I am able to eat normally now but in my early life it was difficult,I avoided liquid foods like soup(around people) any foods with salsa, spices or vinegars example I wouldn't dare eat an orange my lips would peel into shreds. Later
I learnt to maintain my lips so they didn't peel easily,I used almond and or olive oil to keep my lips moist and avoided any offending foods.
Now I can eat and drink whatever I like, but I have candida and I have to be careful with diet sometimes.

Your second question, after soaking my lips I noticed that I exceeded day 16 the longest time in my peeling cycle, and I just kept noticing each day that there was no build up or peeling it just continued like that, by day 31 I realised I had done something,I could
say I was healed.

Third question, yes I too struggled with water, because water feeds candida, yeast, fungus, I don't have space to explain maybe Whiteshark can enlighten us, but I believe its because of the fermentation going on our lips
and the water shows up the dead skin fast. This is a common occurance with e.c we have all suffered, but again since the soaks I don't get this, the infection is diminished by the Epsom Salt solution (being antifungal) my lips don't peel in water as they used to.

Fourth question, I have been on many diets, but I eat healthily now just fish veg, fruits, rice, sometimes pasta.
I don't drink more water than normal, my lips were dry because I had infection.

I encourage you to do the soak, and see how it works for you.

Wish you well.
