I don't know of any link between Colloidal Silver and adrenal fatigue.

IMO, Iodine Deficiency is the Number 1 issue causing adrenal fatigue. See the reasons here:

The toxins of Bromide ( in wheat products), Fluoride (in tap water & other products) and chlorine take over the Iodine cell receptors dedicated to iodine.
