It's the end of day 4. I feel fine and have not actually been hungry but I sure do miss food.

However I must be doing something wrong because I have had zero bowel movements since Tuesday at 10 am. Now it's Friday at 8 pm. I'm down 5 pounds, which is good but I don't think I'm getting rid of the stuff that I'm doing this to get rid of.
