Here's the two biggest errors people do that allow candida growth:
1) Use soaps that specifically aren't "PH balanced" or acidic, so that they are alkaline which robs your skin of its natural acidity for 4 hours. And some people bath twice a day.
2) Due to typical errors from the false medical profession people avoid putting salt on their food. Salt is highly anti-fungal and antibacterial. If you sweat and the sweat has little salt then that's little protection against fungus and bacteria that would grow there.
