It's bizarre to me too! If something as simple as coconut oil works, you would think they could make a cream that incorporatesthat or at least actually worked. I tried every cream they sell, combinations of creams, prescription creams (which were the same ingredients as otc creams anyway), and nothing worked. Once I added coconut oil to my list of remedies it immediately had an effect!
