I feel for you. Was on prednisone, small dose for a month and then stopped. No weaning, was a nightmare. Currently seeking treatment myself for secondary adrenal insufficiency. Just came across CT3M method, using t3 to lower cortisol. Going to give it a try myself. I've been stuck on anti depressants and still not doing well. Good luck to you.
