Omg I am so happy to be finding this! I still have mine and I've had 2 in the last 6years. I had no idea the fleshy stuff is being caused by the Mirena! I couldnt figure out what was wrong.. I kept getting tested and having vaginal exams but the doctor- not once- has ever told me thats what was causing it! Im so upset now! Kept telling me its just thicker discharge due to bv! What friggin bs since im sure now that is what is also causing the bv!
