They look very much like flukes or pieces of them. Maybe even some roundworms. In case of ropeworms, the best protocol would be the one from andreas kalcker. I am sure you could get more out, flukes included that way. Flukes can inhabit other areas of the body too, lile the blood vessels near the GI, liver, gallbladder. They can spread too. Praziquantel low dose with albendazole will kill them easily. For dosing info see mattk3's document 255 here on curezone. Undercooked sea food, fish are a concern and people get easily infected. Also not properly washed veggies. Global food chain is dangerous. Eat local, organic and seasonal. Avoid supermarkets and restaurants.
