This was internal. The goal was to reach 19 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , 2 x per day over the course of 30 days. Starting with 3 drops, and increasing daily to reach the desired level.

The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement mixture /ratio was: 1 drop Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to 1 drop of citric acid , mixed with 8oz of water. - no juice or food for 1 hour before or after.

Results were seen at/or around the 15 day mark.
