Hi Kelly.....are you drinking lots of water? I started the swf, doing them early in the morning and i drink alot of water right after dring the swf. I start moving around the house within an hour of drinking the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and then I need to head to the bathroom. I have had 4 BM's today already, all liquid form though. Hech, dont cough when doing this part unless your already sitiing on the jon, hee-hee.
I also did the smooth move tea lst night at bedtime, so I think thats why I have gone more today. I steep the tea only a few minutes, like 2 or 3 till it turns golden.....the first time I steeped it like the diredtions said and had horrid cramps. I had horrible hunger the day before yesterday, yesterday not as bad....but I have really increased my water intake ( also drink more of the lemonade if your that hungry) and stay busy.
