How old are you?
Is your mattress too soft?

My right shoulder blade area often bothers me or hurts like hell a day or two before it rains or snows near me.

It was worse when I had a soft mattress, a much firmer one solved some of that!

If your paid shows up most before it rains, than it's just arthritis, nothing else, and certainly nothing to get all hypochondriac over.

Try applying heat (heating pad/ hot towel) over the area for 15-20 minutes at a time on and than off than repeat.

That always helps me!
