Colloidal Silver does work but it takes time. A good zapper might provide faster results. A lot depends on the zapper that is chosen but some users report relief from abscessed teeth within hours. Note: That is relief, not a cure. A good zapper can quickly kill many bacteria but there are some obstacles and limitations.

Also, a lot depends on the version of Colloidal Silver that you use.
