Actually GABA does help alot. It takes a couple of weeks sometimes to feel the difference. I can tell when I get low and am not taking enough every time. I start dosing a little more and after several weeks I start feeling relaxed and sleeping better. If I have had too much I will start feeling sleepy during the day and then need to back off.
