I started at 30mgs. 10-10-5-5 One dose every 4 hours. Every thing i read, like at Stop the Thyroid Madness says the lowest starting dose should be 20mg. I have only been taking it ten days, so tapering off should be pretty easy--I'm thinking I will reduce it 5mg every two weeks. I think that will be slow enough for being on the stuff only ten day. BTW, the anxiety has gone. Dont know what happened.
