I know that Doc Sutter's protocol suggests Dr. Schulze's LBB formulas (1 and 2). However in my country, it is hard to find his formulas, and shipping cost is almost prohibitive.

Has anyone used Barefoot's LBB formulas and how is the feedback? (link below)
