Hi honey, i know i need to get rid of h.pylori but since my gut is quite fragile now i'm scared of harming it more with cleansing herbs or other natural stuffs.

I was thinking of strating with this plan :

a good multivitamin + probiotics + digestive enzymes.
Sauerkraut and bone broth as much as i can.
No milk products and no gluten

And after like 2 month starting with stuffs to kill the bad bacteria

What do you think ?
