If earthing cause negative side effects, stop it. Listen your body, good working earthing will make you feel better, and wrong earthing will make you feel worse.


If live in countryside, good working earthing can be done by putting long screw to tree,and do the earthing from it with wire.Trees are good for earthing since their roots go nicely under ground.
