Your stress and life style sound similar to mine.

I have quit all my bad habits except E-cigs but the stress/memories of my past will never end and really elevate my pain. Possessions and a toxic environment weigh you down.

I also wished a few flush's would cure me, but many people require many more before symptoms start to reside. Iv been having total pain relief immediately after a flush but it only lasts maybe 12 hours before stones move and symptoms return.
