I used to do short fasts to reduce the discomfort in my liver which I attributed to candida overgrowth. Of course it could of been something else but it always did the trick and that's what counts. After decades of screwing around with diet and supplements to try unsuccessfully to kill candida I finally brought in "Atilla the Hun", otherwise known as the Candida Zapper. Bye=bye candida diets and goodbye candida! I don't splurg on Sugar now but I eat regular jelly on bread every day, sometimes as many as 5 slices! :-)
