FOLLOW UP on post five months ago.......
My vision now is 100% recovered. It took the best part of three months to recover.... a very small amount at a time but always getting better. After 2.5 months I was able to go down to the DMV and pass my eye exam to renew my driving license.
The neurologist 5 mo ago told me it was permanent damage but I feel now it was the T2 zapper that did it and would advise those using this great bug zapper to stay away from your head. I think this was what did it because of a previous post where somebody mentioned the T2 can cause double vision for up to 2-3months. And I am grateful it was not permanent.
