For the past 30+ years, I have suffered a terrible chest cold, sometimes even losing my voice, every year, sometimes 2 or even 3 times through the winter. Last year was the worst when I caught pneumonia and then thankfully discovered Colloidal Silver .

With what I've learned about Ionic Silver this year, I suspect that I can take 1 Tblspn 2 x a day ( 1 ounce ) to prevent my annual suffering, swish in mouth for 5 minutes, gargle & swallow. Is 1 ounce a day enough?

I've started this preventive maintenance plan this week with fingers crossed & hoping for the best. If I can make it through the winter without my usual chest cold, then Ionic Silver is truly a MIRACLE!
